3. Payment Terms

Our services require payment as follows:

• Setup fees are due before work begins
• Monthly management fees are billed at the start of each month
• Ad spend budgets are paid directly to advertising platforms
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

4. Delivery Guarantee

We offer a 7-day delivery guarantee for website projects. If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you may be eligible for a discount as specified in your service agreement.

5. Ownership Rights

Upon full payment, you will own:

• Your website and all its content
• Your domain name (if purchased through us)
• Your Google Ads account and campaigns
• All analytics and tracking data

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner
• Pay all fees when due
• Not use our services for illegal purposes

7. Limitation of Liability

adbu.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will retain ownership of all deliverables for which you have paid in full.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
